He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Newt Yeargin. He is survived by: his mother Nina H. Yeargin of Elberton; his wife Sheena Todd Yeargin of Dewy Rose; his son Artie Yeargin (Gina); his grandson Michael Yeargin; his sister Donna Yeargin of Elberton; and also, Gina Yeargin and Martin Villa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1543 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell GA 30643.
