He is survived by: his children, Paul Leonard Hodge and Angela Michelle Hodge; his stepson Tony Ouzts of Tommy Ouzts; his daughter Tammy Prickett; his brothers, Ron Hodge and Michael Hodge; and his daughter Karen Collins. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
