She was predeceased by: her son Randall Jason Johnson; and her sister Pat Funkhouser. She is survived by: her husband George Duncan Dixon of Elberton; her children, William, Kathy Johnson of Tignall and Debra Johnson of Lincolnton; her siblings, Cliffy, Gwinn Ware of Evans, David and Maryann Brown of Franklin, NC; her grandchildren, Amber, Mitch Langham and Rhodes Johnson; her great grandchild Riley Rogers; her mother-in-law Julia Smith Dixon; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmie Bell, Oscar Dixon and Cyndie Blanford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
