He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis Lewis; his children, Donna Lewis, Thomas Lewis Jr., Barry Lewis, Jacquelyn Allen, Leon Patrick Allen, Leon Terryal Allen Jr., Christopher Allen, Jason Allen and Alisha Allen; and his brothers, James Lewis, Harold Lewis, Eddie Lewis and Mack Lewis. He was also cherished by 32 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
