She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Alvin Mills, Sr.; her parents, Lee Roy and Mildred Louise Hackett Booth; and her siblings, Helen Southard, John Booth, Jimmy Booth, Donald Booth and Karen Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Mills of Elberton, Leigh Webb Dye of Elberton, Walter A. Mills, Jr. of Elberton, Kimberly of Elberton and Max Black of Elberton; her grandchildren, Holly Mills, Cana Mills, Moriah Mills, Amber Mills Partain, Tyler Mills, Ryan Black and Jordan Black; her sister Barbara Robinson of Missoula, Montana; her sisters-in-law, Alice Booth of Leesburg, FL and Jerri Burton of Elberton; and her niece Robin Dutton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
