He is survived by: his wife Kitty Marie Barker; his children, Wilburn Larry Barker, Jr. (Brandi), Timothy Scott Barker (Candice), Debra Jean Mackey (Jerry) and Maggie Maria Powell (Matt); his grandchildren, Brittany Barker, Alicia Barker, M'Kayla Mackey, M'Kinzy Mackey, Natalie Barker, Austin Mackey, Chance Powell, Tyler Barker, Hannah Powell and Alyssa Mackey; and his siblings, Betty Moses, Dearlene Rogers and Harold Barker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
