He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lloyd Rackley Sr. and Tommie Gean Rackley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lynn Winskie Rackley; and his grandchildren, Braelynn, Blakely and Emmett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
