He was predeceased by : his parents, Joshua Franklin Usry and Alma Willis Usry; and his daughter Angela Leigh Usry. He is survived by : his wife Geraldine Pritchard Usry of Ellaville; his children, John D. "Johnny" Usry, Jr. of Ellaville, Rodney Usry (Amy) of Ellaville and Lori Usry Hallock (Blair) of St. Simons Island, GA; his siblings, Jimmy Usry (Judy), Joan Coker of Gray, GA and Elizabeth Reid (Rainey) of Ochlocknee, GA.; his grandchildren, Joshua Hallock, Jeremy Hallock, Jacob Hallock, Hannah Singleton, Brett Usry and Zachery Usry; and his great grandchildren, Myles Singleton, Chandler Singleton and Joesie Willyard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
