He is survived by: his wife Paula Kelly of Ellaville; his son Ira Kelly (Donna); his stepchildren, Shane Bullard (April) of Ellaville, Jonathan Cowan (Jessica) of Virginia Beach, VA and Barbara Hicks of Tifton, GA; his sister Mary Smith (Charles) of Ellaville; and his brother-in-law Bobby "Dobug" Brown of Ellaville.
