He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fender, Jr. and Bertha Cooper Fender; and his brothers, Rufus Fender, James Fender and Charles Fender.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dempsey Fender of Ellenton; his children, Tim Fender, Ricky Fender (Vickie) of Moultrie and Cheryl Fender Wagner of Ellenton; and his siblings, Billy Fender (Jean) of Omega and Hazel Hadley of Bragton, FL. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
