It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Virginia Thrasher of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Edly Kirby and Margie Virginia Chapman; her husband Aurther Lemar Thrasher; and her sister Sherri Holloway. She is survived by: her siblings, Bud Kirby (Robin) of Morganton, Judy Higdon (David) of Cherry Log, Elizabeth Kirby of Ellijay and Anita Whistnant of Ellijay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
