He is survived by: his sons, Darryl Kuykendall and Randy Kuykendall (Michelle); his grandchildren, Michelle Garrett, Kayla Gable, Randall Kuykendall (Camille), Katie Haugland (Jeremy), Kandice Powell (Rick) and Madison Kuykendall; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Carson Claire and Landon.
