He was predeceased by: his parents, Lexie Weaver and Elder Crate Weaver; and his siblings, Herbert Weaver and Cathy Hyatt. He is survived by: his daughter Hollie; his son-in-law John Davis of Ellijay; his sons, Matthew Weaver of Ellijay and Aaron Weaver of Ellijay; his siblings, Hugh Weaver of Ellijay, Joyce Williams of Dalton, Doris Rutledge of Dalton, Dorothy Weaver of Ellijay and Judy Wright of Ellijay; and his grandchildren, Rylan Davis of Ellijay, Lexxi Weaver of Ellijay, Piper Davis of Ellijay and Lacci Weaver of Ellijay.
