She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clayton Farist and Hazel Louisia Lowman Farist. She is survived by: her children, Terri Boscaro, Sherri Mayfield of Ellijay, GA and Paul. She is also survived by 2 Grandchildren, several nephews.
