He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Glenn and Henry Alice Bishop Kirk; and his sister Alice M. Kirk Piper. He is survived by: his daughter April Stephens (Kenneth); his sisters, Elaine Paulder and Helen Kirk; and his grandchildren, Caleb Gaines, Jayce Stephens and Jonah Stephens.

Due to the current pandemic the family will hold private services at a later date.
