He is survived by: his wife Tammy Thomas Davidson; his son Michael Davidson of Ellijay; his stepchildren, Amber Rider of Mineral Bluff, Nick and Rachel Rider of Ellijay; his brothers, Sean (Kathy Davidson), Keith Davidson of Ellijay, Drew Davidson of Ellijay and Kent (Heather Davidson); and his stepmother Bertha Davidson of Ellijay. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
