He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mullinax and Lillie Ellis Mullinax; and his siblings, Joe Mullinax, Holbert Mullinax, Bama Lowman, Rosale Stover, Gaynell Sanford, Jossie Sanford and Ruby Ingral.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene Farist Mullinax; his sons, Gregory Mullinax (Stacy) and Scott Mullinax; his grandsons, Tyler Miller (Jessika) and Colin Flannery; his great grandchild Ryder Miller; and his sister-in-law Bessie Mullinax.
The family respectfully asks that no flowers be brought to the funeral home; however, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery Fund c/o Jill Chastain.
