He is survived by: his wife Hilda DeFoor Goins of Fayetteville, GA; his children, Jillian Elisha Rafter (Aaron Ashley Rafter) of Peachtree City, GA and James "Jimmy" Elvis Goins of Fayetteville, GA; his granddaughters, Marlee Rayne Rafter and Livia Skye Rafter of Peachtree City, GA.; his sons, John Everett Goins, III of Hiram, GA and Jeffrey Eric Goins (Deb) of Winston, GA; his granddaughters, Amylia Ruth Kosich and Brooke Elizabeth Goins; his stepgranddaughter Krysta Ann Fry (Cody); his great grandchild Sophia Ann-Marie Kosich; his stepgreat-grandson Parker James Fry; his sister-in-law Mary Lee Wilson of Tucker, GA; his nieces, Karan Renee Wilson of Jacksonville, FL and Lisa Michelle Wilson of Atlanta, GA; and his great-niece Raven Nichole Wilson of Atlanta, GA..
