He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lyle Corkedale; his children, Donna C. Bridges of Pooler, GA, Rebecca (Chris Harder), Kimberly Anderson of Gainesville, GA, Melinda A. Garnett of Dawsonville, GA and Thomas Anderson of Valdosta, GA; and his grandchildren, Samantha Reed of Alaska, Sarah Peavy of New York, NY, Ashley Bruce of Dahlonega, GA and Whit Garnett of Dawsonville, GA.. He is also survived by several great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cartecay Baptist Church at 118 Riverwood Road Ellijay, GA 30536 in memory of Mr. Corkedale.
