He is survived by: his children, Mark Southerland of Ellijay and Mindy; his son-in-law Tylor Crowe of Ball Ground; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Troy Newhart of Ellijay; his son Dusty Southerland; his siblings, Willy (Lisa Southerland), Troy (Glenda Southerland), Steve Southerland, David Southerland, Wayne Southerland and Dorothy; his brother-in-law William Pendley of Ball Ground; and his grandson Luke Newhart. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
