She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Willis and Lula Meryl Hensley Butler; her husband Thomas Robert Lee Brooks; and her siblings, Robert Merica, Esther Sivak, Irene Rogers, Geraldine Gernert and Joy Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Brooks of Hobson, MT and Thomas Lee; her daughter-in-law Beth Brooks of Berkeley Springs, WV; her grandchildren, Ben Brooks, Tim Brooks, John Brooks, Emily Brooks, Michael Fontenelle, Stephanie Minter and Eric Currier; her great grandchildren, Noah Minter, Aiden Fontenelle and Wyatt Minter; and her sister Elsie Lash of Roanoke, VA..
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mrs. Brooks.
