It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ora Jean Reece of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ora Jean Reece to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clinton and Ila Christine Dalrymple; and her brothers, Bill Dalrymple (Dorothy) and Jack Dalrymple. She is survived by: her husband Harold Reece; her sons, Russell Reece (Frannie) and David Reece (Karen); her grandchildren, Rachel Reece (Ben Campbell), Drew Reece (Elizabeth), Katherine Waken (Matt), Ally Underwood (Zach) and Mary Anna Tillery (Scotty); her great grandchild Henry Underwood; her siblings, Sue West (Ronnie) and Ed Dalrymple (Glenda); and her sister-in-law Grace Dalrymple.
We know that many loved Jean and would want to celebrate her wonderful life with us, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral is limited to immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association (Georgia Chapter) and Yukon Cemetery.
