She was predeceased by: her parents, John L Liston and Ruth Eleanor Liston (Vogal); and her brother Kevin Liston of Great Bend, KS.. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Neybert; her siblings, John C. Liston of New Castle, WY, Matthew P. Liston (Kim) of Larned, KS, Mary Ellen Liston of Reseda, CA and Kathleen McGahee (Michael) of Woodstock, GA; her nephew Sean McGahee; and her nieces, Jennifer McGahee and Anna Wilbanks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Logan Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
