He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. McClure and Linnie Jane McClure (Turner); and his siblings, Dale McClure and Emma Louise Chastain. He is survived by: his wife Lohreine C. McClure of Ellijay, GA; his daughter Mary Ann; his son-in-law Chris Hardy of Cedartown, GA; his sons, Joel (Pam McClure) and Ken (Paula McClure); his grandchildren, Madison, Dalton Johnson, McKenley King, Keyla McClure, Kyle McClure, Taylor and Kara McClure; and his great grandchildren, Levi Johnson, Vicki Franklin, Sharon Davis and Crystal Shubin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are being accepted or donations may be made to the Mountaintown Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in memory of Mr. McClure.
