She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Chastain; and her brother-in-law Bill Nordmark. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Merrell (Johnny) of Ellijay and Pamela Garland of Ellijay; her sister Vickie Nordmark of Ellijay; and her brother-in-law Claude Chastain of Ellijay. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
