He is survived by: his siblings, Vann Rymer of Blue Ridge, Larry Rymer of Ellijay, Mary Margaret Baker of Blue Ridge, Katy Standridge of Chatsworth and Elizabeth Eaton of Chatsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
