He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Robin Hoskins of Marietta, GA, Jennifer Carroll of Tennessee, Tommy Joe Carroll of Ellijay, GA, Travis and Jessica Carroll of Ellijay, GA; his grandchildren, Dakota Hoskins, Brad Hoskins, Stephanie Hoskins, Troy Thomas, Desire Rapper, Billy Carroll, Amy Simmons, Laura Simmons and Hailie Carroll; and his sister Mary Suiter of Clarkesville, TN..
