She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hedges and Virginia Hedges; her husband Bernard J. Carr; and her daughter Laurie Ollek. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Root (Ted) of Ellijay and Robert Schofield (Shannon) of Florida; her stepdaughters, Rhonda Stinnett (Lorne) and Tracy Polywacz (Collins); her sisters, Jean Bell, Gloria Brown (William) and Arlene Cupp (John); and her grandchildren, Kevin, Kathryn, Stephanie, Amanda, Chelsea, Robert, Jessica, Aliyah, Lorne, Savannah, Zachary, Giovanni and Ryan. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren.
