He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crutchfield and Velma Crutchfield; and his son Rodney Crutchfield. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Crutchfield; his son Robert L. Crutchfield (Connie); his grandchildren, Riley Crutchfield O'Rear (George), Carter Crutchfield (Caitlin), Kirby Crutchfield, David Crutchfield (Brooke), Michael Crutchfield (Shelby) and Catye Crutchfield; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Erik, Charlie and Porter; and his daughter-in-law Diana Crutchfield.
