She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Vincent and Dessie Ann Sapp Gibbs; her husband Gene Sapp of Claxton; her children, Laura Ann Waters Austin (Craig) of Jacksonville, FL, Cynthia Waters Pialzza of Fayetteville, GA, Kara Waters Ratley (Phillip) of State Road, NC, Nita Waters Callaway (Andy) of Metter and William "Bill" Waters (Marsha Ann) of Hagan; and her stepchildren, Tracey Stanfield of Claxton, Ronnie Sapp (Laura) of Bellville, Tara Eason (Eric) of Manassas and Ryan Sapp (Audra) of Reidsville. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
