It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth P. Sanders in Evans, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix L. Peed and Thelma Farr Peed; her husband Marvin Wendell Sanders, Sr.; her daughter Debora Walker; her stepson Dewey Kerrell Bass; her stepgrandson Sam Stinson; and her sister Estelle Pyles.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McDowell (Randy) of Evans and Stan Childres (Vickie) of Barnesville; her stepchildren, Debra Stinson (Dennis) of Cochran, Patricia Mayo (Bill) of Hawkinsville, Karen Sanders of Valdosta and Marvin Sanders, Jr. (Melanie) of Hubert, N. C.; her grandchildren, Matthew McDowell (Jamie), Lindsay McDowell, Bryan Walker (Bonda) and Wendy Perry; and her stepgrandchildren, Michelle Waters (Russell), Stacey Hart (Robbie), John William Mao (Christina), Patrick Mayo, Daniel Mayo, James Rich (Ashley), Kelsey Griggs (Christopher), Hayley Rich, Wendell Sanders (Teal) and Kimberly Conway (Nathan).
