She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Hill, Jr.; her sons, John S. Hill, James M. Hill and David L. Hill; her parents, Sim Williams and Ellen Williams; and her brother Sim Williams Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Ulm (Tom) and Shirley Meiere (Cheney); her brother Don Williams; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Meiere, Cheney Meiere III, April Hunter, Emily Cottle, Trudy Cartagena and Jimmy Hill; and her great grandchildren, Mariah Meiere, Henley Meiere, Leila Meiere and Chase Hunter.
