She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Gladys Willey Smith; and her brother Arthur Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David H. Allard; her stepsister Elizabeth Miller of Roanoke, VA; and her stepsons, John Allard and Clayton Allard. She is also survived by seven step grandchildren.
