He was predeceased by: his wife Hildegard Dover; and his daughter Diana Joan Peters. He is survived by: his sons, Josh, James Dover (Mary Ellen), Joshua Dover (Rebecca) and Richard Dover (Susan); his grandchildren, Julie, Teresa, Stuart and Evan; and his siblings, Robert Dover (Caroline) and Alice Robinson.
