She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Walton Hemphill, Jr. (Jim) of Evans; her daughter Elizabeth Leigh Hemphill of Evans; her parents, Ralph Foskey and Mary Foskey of Swainsboro, GA; her brother Jerry Ralph Foskey (Kim) of Reynolds Plantation, GA; and her brother-in-law Wilson Wood Hemphill (Debbie) of Thomson, GA. She was also cherished by 2 nieces and 5 nephews.
