He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kim Livingston Spurlock; his parents, Cecil Spurlock and Virginia Spurlock; his children, Adam Spurlock (Katie), Brayden, Emmory, Titus, Amber Lacy (Jayson), Isabella Ramp, Sadie Ramp, Max Lacy, Finn Lacy, Alex Spurlock (Allie), Savannah, Preston, Austin Spurlock, Andrew (Meagan), Beckham, Aaron Spurlock (Andrea), Harper, Eden, Alyssa Cabit (Justin), Kollyns, Abbie Spurlock, Anna Grace Spurlock, Avery Spurlock and Aimee Spurlock; his brother David Spurlock (Susan); and his brothers-in-law, Rocky Livingston (Pam) and Jason Livingston (Jenny). He was also cherished by 4 nephews, a niece and 2 great-nephews.
