Joseph Winburn Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Winburn Sr. of Evans, Georgia, born in Claxton, Georgia, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Knight Winburn and Ossie Kennedy Winburn English; and his brother Hugh English. He is survived by: his wife Donna Winburn of Claxton; his children, Joseph Winburn, Jr. (Christy) of Pooler, Tara Smith (Ken) of Kingsland and Shane Purcell (Holly) of Anderson, S. C.; his siblings, Winnie Jo Thomas of Chattanooga, TN, Robert English (Sandy), John English (Linda) of Johnson City, TN and Ben English (Teresa) of Greenville, TN; his grandchildren, Cassady Davidson (Barrett), Will Smith (Kelsie), Paul Jacob Smith (Emerey), Connor Winburn, Noah Purcell, Owen Purcell and Luke Purcell; and his great grandchildren, Reece Davidson, Kacee Smith, Alizah Davidson and Hudson Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
