He was predeceased by: his wife Juana Jean Crapse; his parents, Lester Crapse and Emily Webb Crapse; and his former wife Jenny Sue Crapse. He is survived by: his daughter April Johnson (Ken); his granddaughters, Alexandria and Charlotte Johnson; and his cousins, Sharon Webb Butler (Dan), Carolyn Webb Newman (Ken), Elizabeth D. Butler, Cheryl Butler Skinner (Matt), Maya and Gage Skinner.
