She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Smith; her children, Jimmy Smith and LaVerne; and her son-in-law John Bandy. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Susan Todd (Shane) of Claxton, Lance Royal of Claxton, GA., Trey Royal (LeAnn) of Vidalia, GA. and Drew Miles (Kamarie) of Greenville, S. C.; her brother Oswald Sharpe of Rincon, GA.; and her son-in-law Luther Royal (Faye) of Claxton. She is also survived by ten great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
