He was predeceased by: his grandparent Charles E. Wolf, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Colonel Stephen S. Wolf and Desiree M. Wolf; his sister Elizabeth Wolf Moore (Andrew); his grandparents, Robert Winchester and Faye Zidek Winchester; and his sibling's children, Addison Elizabeth Moore and Asher James Moore.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Wesley United Methodist Church Building Fund or in Matthews name to the Life Line Legacy Fund and mailed to 9661 Delaney Creek Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619.
