He is survived by: his wife Teresa Bates Cook; his children, Richard Cook (Kimberly) of Belton, SC, Crystal Mizer (Richard), Lystra Cook (Daniel Palmer) of Aiken, SC, McKenzie Cook of Aiken, Iliana Cook of Aiken and Nyla Cook of Aiken; and his sister Tammy Cook Roberts (Russell). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
