She is survived by: her mother Carrie Ezekiel Allen of Phenix City, Alabama; her husband Rex Smith of Evans, Georgia; her daughters, Shayla and Alexis Smith of Atlanta, Georgia; her siblings, John Allen Jr. (Denise) of Hoover, Jeffrey Allen (Marlene) of Stockbridge, Georgia, Kimberly Singleton (Joseph) of Birmingham and Cheryl Allen of Phenix City, Alabama; her aunts and uncles, Robert Ezekiel Jr. (Velerie) of Columbus, GA, JB Allen (Chun Ye) of Columbus, GA, Robert Allen (Mary) of Phenix City, AL, Dorothy Bass (James) of Phenix City, AL, Mamie D Arnold of Columbus, GA and Martha Moore of Columbus, GA; her mother-in-law Gertrude Smith of Ft. Mitchell, Alabama; her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Birch (Wayne) of College Park, Georgia and Jimmy Lee Smith Jr. (Dalphine) of Ft. Mitchell, Alabama; and her siblings' children, Ke'Andrea Smith, Elizabeth Singleton, Jimina Smith, Sarah Singleton, Wayne Birch Jr., Chantz Birch, Joseph Singleton III, Jeffrey Allen II and Jordon Allen. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
