He is survived by: his spouse Ola Gnann Screws; and his children, Jeff Screws (Linda) of Evans, Jerome Screws of Martinez, GA, Ted Screws, Jr. (Stephanie) of Martinez, GA, Elizabeth Walker (Philip) of Grovetown, GA and Carrel Best (Jerry) of Harlem, GA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
