He is survived by: his sons, Teddy Wayne "Chip" Forbes, Jr. (Nancy) and Jeffrey Scott Forbes; his grandchildren, Logan Brooke Forbes, Landen Bryce Forbes, Megan Brooke Forbes and Grant Mitchell Forbes; and his sister Wanda Nappier.
