He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack DiGusto and Evelyn Menken DiGusto; his sons, Michael DiGusto and Ronald Hopkins; his sister Dolores Malcheski; and his pet Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Inge DiGusto; his children, Melissa Brown (Brian), Tony DiGusto, Jr. (Candice), Anita Roberts, Sabrina Schuler and Trish Comstock (Randy); and his pets, Shelby, Duke, Andy and Candy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
