It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Steven Carter (Evans, Georgia), who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ray. He is survived by: his wife Jenine Miles Carter; his sons, Brent Carter (Tiffany) and Bradley Carter; his mother Gloria Carter; his siblings, Terry Carter and Tammy Rutt; and his grandson Grayson Carter.
