She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael David Garofalo and Carmela Gizzi Garofalo; her husband Paul Matthew Colohan, Sr.; her children, Paul Matthew Colohan, Jr. and Karen Courter; her grandchildren, Alexis Colohan-Cannon and Adam Matthew Colohan; and her sisters, Marie Armstrong, Nora Garrabrant and Joy Garofalo.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bessman of Augusta, Michael Colohan (Suzanne) of Laurel, Stephen Colohan (Alicia) of Martinez, Richard Colohan (Cathy) of Martinez, Kelly Colohan (Renee) of Bloomfield and Jean Hudson (Scott) of Augusta; and her siblings, Andrew Garofalo, Claire Romani (Donald) of El Paso and Michael Garofalo (Diane) of Neptune. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
