He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Cook and Evelyn Cook. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Clark Cook; his children, Greg Cook (Kimberly) of Evans, Georgia, Keith Cook Cook (Stephanie) of Eagle River, Alaska and Gretchen Sager (Karl) of Cartersville, Georgia; his siblings, Ken Cook of Holland, MI and Carol Ann Eggebeem (Bob) of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Brent, Brian Sager, Sarah Phoebe, John Clark, Grant, Polly, Pearsyn Cook, Kyla, Claire and Ava Cook.
