He was predeceased by: his spouse Laura Griffin Bracy; and his parents, William Bracy and Roberta Alexander Bracy. He is survived by: his children, William P. Bracy, III (Deanna), Thomas Michael Bracy (Annette) and Mary Margaret Peachey (Gary); and his brother Robert A. Bracy (Patricia).
