He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Verlon Hensley and Elizabeth Harrison Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stevens Hensley; his children, William Howard Hensley, Jr. (Kristina) of Evans, GA, Karen H. Etterle (Eddie) of Appling, GA, Connie H. Hooks (Jack) of Evans, GA, Lelia H. Boatright (Les) of Augusta, GA, Leslie Brazell Barron of Grovetown, GA and Ashley Brazell Krecskay (Jason) of Appling, GA; and his brothers, Dr. E. R. Hensley of Waynesboro, GA and Walter Reed Hensley of Winder, GA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 29 great grandchildren.
